Peel the raw bananas and slice it to square shape
Drop this pieces to the water.Also add a pinch turmeric powder and salt to it.
After some time drain of the water.
Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan and drop these drained pieces and fry them.and keep them aside.
Add water to jaggery and heat it to get thick concentration sugar pani.
Again dilute it to make it softer and add dried ginger and cumin powders to it.
Add the fried pieces to the mix and stir well so that sugar pani will be covering all the pieces.
Switch off the flame and sprinkle the sugar powder and mix them well,this should be done after cooling.
NOTES : White Jaggery will best to choose.
Raw bananas should be good ones.
Drop pieces only after the oil is properly heated.
Cook in high flame in for the first few min, then in medium flame,else it will not be cooked properly.
